Carol
Client Service Coordinator
Carol spent her early years in Chicago until her parents grew tired of the cold winters and moved the family to the Los Angeles area. She discovered her love of art while in high school and went on to earn a BA in Graphic Communication and Design at Cal State U LA. After freelancing in design firms and ad agencies there, Carol left her family and friends to pursue a life with her boyfriend, Kevin, a Washington native, in Bellevue. She loved the beauty and slower pace of the Pacific Northwest. The two eventually married, had two daughters, and adopted their first pet, a feisty calico named Renata who lived to be 22.
After the kids started school, Carol took a part-time job at a friend’s animal hospital. She grew to love working with animals and their owners. She found there was always something new to learn about veterinary medicine, and after 20 years, it’s never been boring. Her two current pets are a gentle tuxedo named Kiki and a quirky tabby named Ginger, who is slowly learning to relax around humans. Outside of work, Carol enjoys crafting, photography, quilting, and hiking. Carol came to Bellevue Animal Hospital in October 2021.

Harley

Harley was born and raised in the mountains of North Carolina where her love of animals began. She grew up on a small farm, helping raise and show goats, as well as participating in her local 4-H club. She graduated from East Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Hospitality Leadership in 2014 and then relocated to Austin, Texas. Before and during college she volunteered at her local animal shelter and humane society, where she realized she wanted to make helping animals her career. She spent 7 years of her time in Texas working for the same Veterinary group, starting as a receptionist, and working her way up to Hospital Manager. In an effort to escape the hot temperatures of Texas, she moved with her two children to Washington in April of 2020 and together they enjoy exploring the beautiful mountains and trails every chance they get. Harley currently has one very mischievous 8-month-old Doodle pup named Biscuit who along with her kids occupy all her free time. As the Hospital Administrator, she believes that through compassionate communication we can ensure that pets receive the best care possible and that their humans understand the value of what we do.

Lindsey
DVM
Lindsey was born and raised in the tiny town of Camp Grove, Illinois. He always knew he wanted to travel the world and help animals, and that is exactly what he set out to do after starting college. He was accepted into the Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in St. Kitts and Nevis, which provided his first introduction to the rest of the world. The small island of St. Kitts offered many outdoor activities, like scuba diving, hiking, boating, and surfing. He has perfected them all… kind of. He completed his residential year in Melbourne, Australia, where he, again, was able to travel and continue to learn.
Dr. Deibner was able to see every continent, besides Antarctica, before starting his career at Banfield Pet Hospital. Wanting to break into private practice, he joined the amazing team at Bellevue Animal Hospital. Outside of the work he does for them, he enjoys car shows, hiking, kayaking, playing guitar, and trying to brush his cats, Cheddah and Aji’s, teeth. He does this all while his fiancé, who is also a veterinarian, laughs. Anyone with a cat knows this is a feat in and of itself. He is very excited to meet all your wonderful furry family members.
